Shipping Information:

CDG offers FREE SHIPPING on its products within the 48 contiguous United States. Upgraded shipping may be selected for an additional fee. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays. Long Stem Gems™ brand products have a 10-business day processing time if the item is not in currently stock. Expedited processing is offered for an additional charge. Clients have the option of same-day shipping for an additional fee; orders must be received by 2pm Eastern Time to be processed on the same day. All shipping costs include insurance. CDG accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and PAYPAL.

Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policies:

Clients may return CDG MILAN/VENICE products within 15 days for a full refund. If clients need to cancel an order, please call customer service at 610.247.2298 for assistance. Because the LONG STEM GEMS© brand of products are made-to-order, all returns on LONG STEM GEMS© products are subject to a 30% restocking fee. If the LONG STEM GEMS© item(s) have been personalized with names or stories, they are not returnable--no exceptions. Please notify us for proper arrangements/approvals for other returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. If returning a product, it is recommended that the product is insured as CDG cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.
